How to search a flight with wingtogo.com?

Begin your flight and fare search from the WingtoGo Homepage by filling in the required fields in the "Search Flights" box. The default setting is for "Round Trip" searches. But you can also change your search based on "One Way" or "Multi - Destinations/ Stopovers".

Can I make air reservations by phone?

Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant when flying internationally?

If you are traveling with an infant on your lap on International flights a ticket must be purchased. Most airlines allow infants under the age of 24 months at the time of originating departure to travel on the lap of an adult passenger. Only one infant is allowed to travel per adult when the infant is not occupying a seat. Generally the fare for an infant not occupying a seat is 10% of the base fare paid by the accompanying adult plus applicable taxes and agency imposed fees. Please note: •If an infant becomes two years of age during the trip, some airlines require charging the applicable child fare on all flights following the date the infant becomes two. When applicable half the fare will be charged at the infant rate and half at the child rate. When this occurs, the child will be assigned a seat for the segments where the child fare applies. •In some rare cases, if the infant becomes two years of age during the trip, the full child fare will be charged and a seat will be assigned for the entire trip. •No more that 2 infants can be held per row of seats. •A passport is required for infants traveling to foreign destinations. •Some airlines will provide a bassinet for infants. These may not be available on all flights and must be arranged in advance of departure and directly with the airline. •If you prefer to have a seat available for your infant a ticket must be issued based on a child fare.

Can I travel with my pet?

Your pets may be able to travel with you on your flights. However, as rules, fares, and procedures regarding the transportation of animals in the passenger or cargo section of the aircraft vary from airline to airline, WingtoGo cannot process reservation requests for the transport of pets. Please contact the airline directly for assistance in advance of completion of your booking. This will ensure that you are aware of the rules, policies, and options available before completing your airline ticket purchase. In most cases, if the airline does accept a pet, there will be a charge for the service.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Yes! You may make a reservation for someone else. Be sure to carefully enter the name of the actual traveler(s) when completing the booking.

Can I redeem Miles when I compliate my booking through WingtoGo?

The redemption of accumulated Frequent Flyer miles in exchange for upgrades or free tickets must be handled directly through the airline for which the Frequent Flyer program applies. Please contact each airline directly for specific rules.

What verification or confirmation will I receive from WingtoGo once my reservation is completed?

Once you have completed your reservation through WingtoGo a "Booking Verification" email will be sent to the email address provided by you during your booking. Typically the "Booking Verification" email is received within a few minutes following the completion of your booking. Once your credit card charge has been authorized by your credit card company, and the ticket(s) has been issued, you will receive a "Ticket Confirmation" email. This email will provide you with the ticket number(s) associated with your reservation as well as a full recap of your booking. Credit card authorization and other WingtoGo security checks can take up to one business day from the time the booking request is completed. Be aware that some email accounts might send the WingtoGo "Booking Verification" and/or "Ticket Confirmation" email to your "junk mail" or "spam" folder. If you have not received the above referenced emails within the time lines provide, check your "junk mail" or "spam" email folder for WingtoGo email communications.

Can I change my booking after ticketing? And if so, what fees are charged for the service?

Most fare rules allow for changes to be made, but not all. If allowed by the airline fare rules associated with the ticket purchased, all changes must be made BEFORE the original date of departure. Airline change penalties of up to $500/person may be assessed when changes are made. If the new fare is greater than the original fare paid, you must pay the fare difference in addition to the change penalty charged by the airline. Neither WingtoGo nor other travel agencies control the penalty fees set by the airline and have no authority to waive them. In addition, WingtoGo charges a $50/person change fee for the service. If you change your air itinerary, a new ticket must be issued. Changes will NOT be allowed once the first travel date has passed. Some fare rules do not allow any changes to be made, even with a fee. Some types of changes are not allowed on tickets at all. Here are some general restrictions: •You cannot change the name on an airline ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use. •You cannot exchange a ticket from one airline to another. •For consideration, all change requests must be received by WingtoGo at least 48hrs in advance of the scheduled departure of the original flight. To request a change to your ticket, call us at 1800 214 2106 or send us an email at wingtogo@wingtogo.com. You will receive a price quote for your requested change by email generally within 48hrs or less.

Is my credit card information safe?

WingtoGo takes special effort to keep all your personal information, including your credit card numbers, secure. We do not share your information with the third parties.

Do you accept all major credit cards?

WingtoGo accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as forms of payment for your WingtoGo travel purchases. In addition, Discover Card is accepted by many (but not all) airlines. If you need help with your Discover Card transaction please call 1800 214 2106.

Is it possible to make reservations without a credit card?

To complete all airline bookings you will need to have a valid credit card.

What includes my purchase from WingtoGo?

All taxes and fees are included and clearly displayed as a separate amount within the "Summary" section prior to making your purchase.
